Founded in 2003 by infectious disease physicians in the Chicago area, The Metro Foundation was created to expand access to education, outreach, and compassionate support for underserved communities.

Today, the foundation continues to create meaningful impact through scholarships, fundraising initiatives, and community-driven programs that support children and families.
